慢速低破碎提升機(jī) Slow and low crushing hoist
全封閉結(jié)構(gòu)，雙筒機(jī)型，米機(jī)斗，破碎低，運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)平穩(wěn)、結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、操作方便等特點，適用于垂直提升流動性較好的物料。
采用輕質(zhì)高強(qiáng)度畚斗，畚斗與皮帶之間設(shè)有橡膠墊塊，墊塊厚度大于物料厚度，可以有效杜絕夾碎顆粒物料，同時提升機(jī)底部設(shè)有抽拉式抽屜，方便清理殘留物料。
張緊裝置是螺桿式，通過轉(zhuǎn)動螺母便可使底輪上下移動，從而調(diào)整提升帶張緊及跑偏現(xiàn)象。
在1.2米位置設(shè)有透明觀察孔。
整體具備密封性，不漏料，不逸塵。
